Aspire Occupational Therapy accepts referrals for adults across Adelaide's metropolitan and western suburbs. Whether you are self-referring, a support coordinator, plan manager, family member, or healthcare professional, we welcome your enquiry. We work with both NDIS participants and those receiving Support at Home (formerly Home Care Packages) to deliver personalised, in-home occupational therapy.

How the Referral Process

Once we receive your referral, Celeste will review it and get in touch within two business days to discuss your needs and schedule an initial appointment. During the first session, we will complete a comprehensive assessment in your home environment to understand your goals, challenges, and the support you need. From there, we develop a tailored therapy plan and provide clear recommendations, reports, and ongoing support as required.
